IMPORTANT! Please read entire instructions before assembly.Each box contains:
(4) 48” x 48” x 2” Modules
(8) Black EZ Pad connectors
(16) Phillips head 1-1/4” screws
Tools Needed for Installation:Shovel, Level, 2x4 to assist in leveling dirt, sand or gravel, Phillips head screwdriver or cordless drill.Instructions: The EZ Pad modules can be placed on grass, dirt, sand or gravel. For best results, prepare a level sand base. Module can be drilled through for electrical conduit placement. Click here for demonstration. Step 1 Remove modules from box. Line up modules bottom side up in desired configuration, i.e.., 4 modules make an 8’ x 8’ square. See Exhibit AStep 2 Remove the black connectors from their storage pockets. See Exhibit BStep 3 Locate the adjoining pockets on each module and insert them in the adjoining pockets. Apply downward pressure to lock them in place. See Exhibit CStep 4 Locate bag of screws. Use two screws for each connector… you will find one screw hole on each end of the connector. Be careful not to sink the screw too far… just enough to firmly hold down the connector. Thus, joining the modules. Repeat procedure until all 8 connectors are installed. See Exhibit DStep 5 Turn the Pad over with the help of at least 2 more individuals. Place one person on each of 3 sides. Lift together standing it on end and slowly flip it over. Then place on prepared surface. Do no be alarmed if it flexes when carried. See Exhibit E, FWARRANTY: Lifetime GuaranteeATTENTION! For Temporary Installation: Place modules top side up at desired site. Insert connectors without screws in adjoining pockets under the pad.
