EZ PADS, INC. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS Security and Privacy PolicyWe protect you by utilizing secure on-line credit card transaction technology. We also protect your privacy and never give out your personal information without your consent. Any information we collect about you is used to make recommendations and process orders only. Purchasing InfoWe encourage customers to purchase from a local dealer in your area. However, if you do not have a dealer in your area or prefer to buy direct we offer secure online ordering through Paypal. See Details Below. Payment TermsWe accept Credit Card and Personal Check payments through PayPal. (The safest way to order online). All orders are prepaid. Your credit card statement will show PayPal as the payee unless order is placed by phone or fax. Optional Phone or FAX Ordering: If you are concerned about placing your order online, you may place your order over the phone, toll free at 1-866-397-2370 during business hours: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4pm PST; or by FAX anytime at 1-866-397-7200. Freight Damaged ProductAll packages are automatically insured. In case of receipt of damaged shipment, refuse shipment and notify us within 24 hours so that we may follow up. Refused ShipmentFor reasons other than freight damage, a 15% restocking charge, plus the freight charges both ways, will be levied and billed by EZ Pads, Inc. on any unclaimed or refused shipment. Shipping/Handling Policy:Posted shipping charges apply only to orders shipped within the Continental United States. All other locations will be charged the amount it costs us to ship the product. All orders will be confirmed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Our product is shipped via Fed Ex Ground and generally takes 2-10 business days depending on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number, so you may contact Fed Ex at 1-800-GOFEDEX. We do not ship to a PO Box address. Return Policy:Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
We are so confident of the quality and value of our products that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If one of our products does not meet your satisfaction please call, fax or e-mail us your name, address, daytime phone number and reason for product dissatisfaction within 30 days of purchase. We will contact you and issue a product return authorization that will allow you to return the product for a refund (less S&H). Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. All return items must be in the original packaging as shipped and in reusable condition. Warranty Information/ Lifetime GuaranteeAny EZ PAD found by the manufacturer to be unserviceable due to defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced. The EZ Pad is guaranteed not to crack, chip, blister or peel for the life of the product. ExclusionsThis warranty does not include damage incurred by use of the EZ PAD other than in accordance with printed instructions or product literature provided by EZ Pads, or conditions resulting from:
- Defects in component or part, which is not part of the EZ PAD.
- Failure to provide reasonable maintenance and/or improper installation.
- Fading due to ultra violet (UV) exposure.
- Misuses, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of God, or alterations/repairs other than authorized by EZ Pads.
This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the EZ PAD and terminates upon any transfer of ownership by the original consumer purchaser. Except as expressly provided, there shall be no additional warranty, obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory.
Rights and Remedies
- EZ Pads shall not be liable for consequential damages or any incidental expenses resulting from any breach of the above expressed warranties.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
- Any dispute between the buyer and EZ Pads pertaining to this warranty may, at the option of the buyer, be resolved in California according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
